Origin Story

While exploring a lush valley under the fading dusk sky, our master roaster noticed a raven spiralling down towards golden coffee blossoms glistening with evening dew. An elder farmer emerged, expressing delight at this fortuitous omen.

She described a rare flowering hybrid cultivar that her late husband bred, inspired by how twilight’s incandescence awakened the most vibrant qualities. Its beans were traditionally infused in mountain spring water under the valley’s twilit amber glow before batched roasting commenced, a technique passed down generations aimed at elevating flavour.

As darkness fell, samples were roasted by campfire revealing a remarkable profile evolution - smooth caramel notes gradually deepened into rich dark chocolate flavours. Reverberating calls of the raven at twilight's close signalled perfection.

This exceptional discovery compelled naming the blend “Twilight Infusion” - to be harvested, infused and roasted only in the mystical intervals between day and night to bestow an invigorating yet silky taste and spirit of adventure to fuel dreams after the sun dips below the horizon.
