Origin Story

As the master roaster at Raven's Perch selected prized harvests for a new blend, a stealthy raven landed atop the tasting table and beckoning to be followed.

Captivated, the roaster traced the black bird’s flight into twilight through indigenous forests to a hidden ridge on ancestral grounds. There, an elder farmer unveiled an extraordinary coffee cultivar.

Legends whispered the first seeds were gifted by raven over a century before. By moonlight, the raven watched closely as these guarded beans were meticulously sampled and roasted until perfection arose - lively fruity notes gave way to deep cocoa hints undercurrents.

On the last breath of dusk, the roaster named this “Raven’s Rhapsody” to honour the artful bean and mystical messenger who inspired its rhapsodic symphony of flavours.

Each sip of our Raven’s Rhapsody blend echoes the raven's mythic rhapsodic flight through ancestral woods into the annals of our prized coffee lore.
