Origin Story
Our roastmaster was beckoned one midnight by a raven to a mythic coffee forest blessed under the full moon. There, an indigenous grower introduced an heirloom varietal - its first seedlings gifted by raven over a century before.
As the harvest was roasted over crackling fire, the raven watched diligently through curling smoke. With each round, rich fruity top notes gave way to vanilla and chocolate undertones in the waves of heat...until a harmonious balance was struck on the midnight hour.
The raven approved with a caw that echoed the moonlit peaks. Thus the roastmaster named this artful fusion "Moonlight Medley" - and now these wood-kissed beans shall only be harvested when the full moon is most luminous to preserve their symphonic flavour.
When you sip our Moonlight Medley with eyes closed, this origin story and the moonlit coffee forest reveal themselves through lush berry hints slowly yielding to cocoa, cloaked in the cover of night.
