Origin Story

During a midnight voyage guided by the raven’s flight under an immense full moon, our roastmaster heard joyful native songs drifting through verdant coffee terraces tucked within a secluded valley.

Descending to investigate, an elder tribal coffee grower with skin weathered “like the bark of old trees” greeted them warmly. He described musical rituals where farmers sang sonatas to nourish the soil and serenade coffee trees under the glow of an auspicious blue moon to produce their most flavourful harvest. Moved by the raven’s auspicious night visit, the elder gifted some of these melodically cultivated beans.

Back home, experiments matching varied roasting techniques to woodwind and string arrangements eventually unlocked the beans’ hidden potential - a very dark, smoothly layered medley combining dark chocolate with a caramel base emerged. The raven marked the sublime profile with an approving nocturnal solo caw.

Thus “Luna’s Serenade” was christened to honour the indigenous songs under moonlight which coaxed such playfully dynamic yet balanced flavours from these rare trees. Savour the sweet sonata encapsulated within each sip.
