
How to Brew Coffee with a Hario V60: A Simple Guide

Follow these easy steps to brew the perfect coffee:
What You Need:
- Hario V60 dripper
- Paper filter
- Ground coffee
- Hot water
- Kettle
- Mug (or carafe)
- Spoon
- Scale (optional)
Steps:
1) Set Up:
- Put the V60 dripper on your mug (or carafe.)
- Place a paper filter in the dripper.
2) Rinse the Filter:
- Pour hot water through the filter to rinse it and warm up the dripper and mug. Pour out the water.
3) Add Coffee:
- Measure 2-3 tablespoons of coffee and put it in the filter.
4) Boil Water:
- Boil water and let it cool for a minute.
5) Bloom the Coffee:
- Pour a little hot water (just enough to wet all the coffee) over the grounds. Wait 30 seconds.
6) Brew the Coffee:
- Slowly pour the rest of the hot water over the coffee in a circular motion until you've used about 1 mug of water.
7) Let it Drip:
- Wait for all the water to drip through the coffee.
8) Enjoy:
- Remove the dripper, throw away the filter, and enjoy your coffee!
